Non Executive Director

As a non-executive board member, Baz provides strategic guidance and advice, especially in matters regarding branding, market research and key operating measures.

Baz is currently co-founder and Executive Director of So What…?, a Market Research company and Strategic Brand Consultancy.  Prior to his current job, he had a career in education in the Netherlands, including teaching children with special needs as well as refugees.

Baz is currently involved in a number of charities and ethical businesses, either as adviser or in more formal roles, including the Big issue Foundation, User Voice, Stigma, Pepe and Eye-Wear Africa Limited
